A new photographic exhibition celebrating the success and diversity of Birkenhead business launches this week at the Williamson Art Gallery and Museums.You're all invited to come and see the photos until November 23rd (closed Monday Tuesday).

Summer Festival at Ilchester Park a Success

      Local resident group North Birkenhead Development Trust lead a procession of
      community made art and banners around the park.

     Communities gathered in the park following torrential rain up to midday but a turn
      around in the weather meant that they then  enjoyed 4 hours of uninterrupted
      sunshine to show true community spirit and to enjoy ongoing improvements to their               park through the Veolia Environmental Trust Grant which has seen many new trees 
      planted in the park as well as extensive tarmaced paths being laid.
